Benjamin started to dance in Berlin before beginning his formal training in London during which he obtained an MA in performance and finishing it at P.A.R.T.S. for which he received a scholarship from the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). Throughout his education he had the pleasure to study with Steve Paxton, Rosemary Butcher, and Susan Klein (for which he traveled to NY with a grant from the Berlin Senate). He has performed for, amongst others, Daniel Larrieu (FR), Cristian Duarte (BR) and Lea Anderson (UK). Currently he is working for Pierre Droulers (FR) in his new production “Soleils” and will be part of Martin Nachbar's (DE) next creation “Animal Dances” in 2013.
