Emerging out of colonial Brasil, a remarkable soul named Xica Manicongo - a warrior who led slave revolts and escapes; a mystical figure, blessed with supernatural powers, embracing masculinity and femininity with grace and pride - resisted the established CIStema.

Influenced by the power of Xica, Marlla invites you to a real-fiction life performance, playing with irony and metabolizing the Traviarcado system. No shade, no tea, mockery is on the plate and Marlla goes through a metaphoric metamorphosis, a butterfly process of memories, life experiences and stories. Uma Bixa Travesti is transtemporal - connecting past, present and fictional future5sz.
