Become a Friend of P.A.R.T.S.
Support the dancers and choreographers of P.A.R.T.S. in achieving their dreams. Friends of P.A.R.T.S. raises funds to provide scholarships for students who need financial assistance. Admission to P.A.R.T.S. is based solely on artistic merit, regardless of financial background.

Why your support matters
Studying at P.A.R.T.S. costs around €15,000 per year — including tuition (€3,000) and living expenses in Brussels. Most students cannot rely on financial support from their home countries, and Belgian students face higher costs than at other universities or arts schools. You can read more about the cost of living in Belgium here.

P.A.R.T.S. actively recruits worldwide to build a diverse, talented student body, which means many students cannot complete their studies without financial aid. Scholarships range from €3,000 (tuition) to €15,000 (tuition + living costs), awarded based on need after a careful application process.

Our goal is to maintain an annual scholarship budget of €150,000 for the Bachelor Programme Training. For the one-time registration fee, we offer a limited number of study loans.

How we work
Friends of P.A.R.T.S. collects donations of all sizes from individuals, foundations, and cultural partners in Belgium and abroad. 100% of the funds go directly to scholarships — none are used for administration.

Tax exemption
Friends of P.A.R.T.S. is officially recognised by the King Baudouin Foundation. Donations of €40 or more are tax-deductible in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Denmark.

I grew up in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, in a family of six siblings. My mother worked as a cleaner, and my father as a lathe operator. My family could never help me financially with my plans. It was only thanks to the scholarship that I was able to follow the training. Today, I am a dancer in the Rosas company.
Rafael Galdino, Brazil, 2016-2019

When I moved from Tunis to Brussels to study at P.A.R.T.S., I was 17 years old. Today, I travel the world as a dancer and choreographer, thanks to the scholarship I received. It is important to think together about ways to support young students, especially since the Covid19 pandemic. Knowledge and study should be a right for everyone, regardless of who you are and where you come from.
Mohamed Toukabri, Tunis, 2008-2012

I literally had no money to come to Brussels. I remember asking at the audition what would happen if I was accepted, and the answer was: for P.A.R.T.S. it is important to choose the right people, not the people who can pay. If you pass the audition, we will find a solution. I received a scholarship from P.A.R.T.S. It completely changed my life.
Olga Dukhovnaya, Ukraine, 2004-2006

Thanks to the scholarship I could fully benefit from the excellent training, work and research independently, concentrate on developing my competences, and take the necessary rest between intensive working periods. I still use the competences I developed at P.A.R.T.S. on a daily basis.
Marlene Monteiro Freitas, Cape Verde, 2002-2004

P.A.R.T.S. has given me so many tools and insights as a contemporary choreographer and dancer. I had the great privilege of receiving a scholarship to make this training possible. Without this support, I would never have been able to learn so much. It has paved the way for my development as an artist.
